I arranged a chicken photoshoot with my dear friend Jennie this past Spring. When I got home I looked through my photos and texted one to Jennie, saying, "I want to paint this one." She wrote back: "They look so angry!" I immediately thought, "They are hangry!" So please meet Granger and Buckbeak, who were expressing a fervent wish for Jennie to give them more mealworms.
